About the Greyhound
The Greyhound is a breed of dog used for hunting and racing. They are one of the fastest land mammals. Even tho they are extremely fast they are not high energy dogs. They can be referred to as a couch potatoe. They make great pets due to their mild and affectionate character. They get on well with children and family pets (including cats). They are usually loyal, have great intellects but make poor guard dogs.

It is believed their origin goes back to ancient Egypt where a similar picture was found on a tomb built in 4000 BC.
